Specialty underwriting agency 360 Commercial Motor has announced the formation of a dedicated in-house claims team, marking a significant effort to upgrade services for their broking partners.

The new claims unit is set to commence operations next Tuesday, with a primary goal of delivering faster response times and tailored claim resolutions that meet individual needs.

Paul Jeffries, the Executive Director of 360 Commercial Motor, expressed enthusiasm about the upcoming changes. "We are thrilled to offer a more efficient, responsive, and personalized experience to our broking partners. This initiative underscores our commitment to providing top-notch claims management and leveraging modern technology to boost outcomes," Jeffries said.

The agency has integrated the technology platform Wilbur to further enhance the claims process, ensuring smoother and more efficient operations.
